Visited in February on a midweek afternoon. Five hand pulls at the bar; I went for the Inspector Remorse (Electric Bear) at £2.35 for a half. Keg lager and some craft beers also available, as are some refrigerated snacks.

Downstairs there are four tables and a drinking shelf at the window with stools. Additional seating is available upstairs, and I imagine this place needs it at the weekend. There was a small crowd in at the time of my visit.

Aside from the reception not being overly friendly, there was a nice vibe to the place with music playing.

Friendly little micropub that filled up quickly soon after we arrived. At this point we didn't realise that it was the first day of Clitheroe Beer Festival. We all had pints and the barman asked if we were going to the aforesaid festival. We told him no, we were meeting up with some friends at Holmes Mill. He said he didn't think we were as we'd orderen pints. Small beer garden/smoking area to the rear, but is was raining so we stayed inside. I'd happily call in this one again.

A flying visit so little in the way of notes. Single room micro with four on. Their own Shack II Black and Vocation’s Hoppy Pale Ale were both GBG quality, no complaints.
